Monitoring and evaluation of the technical effectiveness and efficiency of alternative fuels and energy technologies is key. Equally important, however, is monitoring and evaluating the sustainability of the fuel or energy technology over time, and user uptake and opinions. This section of the website will set forth guidelines, ideas and examples of successful evaluations of both the technical and socio-cultural impact and effectiveness of alternative fuels and energy technologies.
